A master at creating new dishes while maintaining the traditional flavors of authentic italian cuisine, Chef Apreda has a long resume of working in some of the finest restaurants throughout Italy, England and Japan.  In 2001, Francesco was given the opportunity to manage the Imperial Hotel of Tokyo’s new italian restaurant, Cicerone, and his success prompted a return to Rome two years later to assume the roll of Executive Chef at the Hotel Hassler.  The Michelin star recently assigned to Imago in their 2009 Guide is the latest in a number of awards earned by Chef Apreda.
