Class Information
Regional chefs from Italy will visit arte italia throughout the year, focusing on some of the fundamental recipes and techniques behind traditional Italian cooking. The culinary class schedule for each day includes a mix of classic and contemporary cuisine from the chef's region. Guests will learn how to prepare an authentic Italian meal beginning with antipasto, primo piatto, secondo piatto and dolce.

Classes are held at 442 Flint Street, Reno.
Parking is located in the rear of the building. Additional street parking is available on both California Ave and Flint St. Metered parking on surrounding streets is free after 6:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday and all day Sundays and holidays.
Doors open 30 minutes prior to the start of each class.

Tuition Fees:
$50 per class (20% discount for seniors (55+) and students)
100% of all tuition collected during the culinary classes is donated to local Catholic charities, directly benefitting deserving families in the northern Nevada community.
